Host / Bar Generalist
Welcome guests and move confidently between the entrance, coffee service, bar and checkout.- Positions available

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests while monitoring the entrance
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, cocktails and basic bar orders
- Operate the POS and complete checkout accurately
- Help with table service when the entrance and bar are quiet
- Keep the bar and entrance clean and stocked
- Balance the register at the end of each shift
- Serve alcohol responsibly and only to guests of legal drinking age
Requirements
- Friendly, attentive and comfortable speaking with customers
- Accurate and responsible with orders, payments and equipment
- Willing to learn coffee, cocktail, POS and floor-service skills
- Willing to attend required English classes and improve on the job
Preferred, not required
Coffee, bar, hospitality or POS experience
Additional language skills are preferred, particularly Korean or Chinese.
What we offer
Base salary of 4,500,000 kip per month with practical coffee, cocktail, service and English training.
Required English classes are provided free of charge. You do not need to speak English when you apply, but you must genuinely want to learn and improve.
Hours and benefits
Six days a week, with a rotating day off. Shifts of up to eight hours, including evenings and weekends.
Daily staff meal, uniforms provided, social security, and paid annual leave and public holidays.
Share of tips, pooled between the kitchen and floor teams.
