Server / Front-of-House Generalist
Provide attentive, organized table service and help guests feel comfortable from arrival through payment.- Positions available

Responsibilities
- Take and confirm drink and food orders accurately in the POS
- Deliver orders promptly and complete required table checks
- Remain attentive and offer additional drinks, dessert and coffee
- Handle bills and departures promptly and courteously
- Set, clear and reset tables
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so orders arrive on time
Requirements
- Friendly, observant and respectful with customers and coworkers
- Organized and able to follow a consistent service sequence
- Willing to learn the POS and cross-train in coffee or bar service
- Willing to attend required English classes and improve on the job
Preferred, not required
Restaurant or customer-service experience
Additional language skills are preferred, particularly Korean or Chinese.
What we offer
Base salary of 4,500,000 kip per month with practical service, POS, beverage and English training.
Required English classes are provided free of charge. You do not need to speak English when you apply, but you must genuinely want to learn and improve.
Hours and benefits
Six days a week, with a rotating day off. Shifts of up to eight hours, including evenings and weekends.
Daily staff meal, uniforms provided, social security, and paid annual leave and public holidays.
Share of tips, pooled between the kitchen and floor teams.
