Head Bartender

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the cocktail menu, with standardized, measured recipes
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails and bar orders during service, with craft guests enjoy watching
- Talk guests through the cocktails and help them find the right drink
- Train the bar and floor team in cocktails, spirits and bar service
- Manage bar stock with management, including ordering, bottle counts and standard pours
- Keep the bar clean, organized and its equipment in good working order
- Serve alcohol responsibly and only to guests of legal drinking age
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, flavors and classic cocktails
- Experience training or leading other bar staff
- Conversational English; interviews will be conducted in English
- A genuine love of making cocktails
Preferred, not required
Barista experience; experienced baristas are paid more
Additional language skills are preferred, particularly Korean or Chinese.
What we offer
From 7,000,000 kip per month based on experience, more for experienced baristas, plus a performance-based profit incentive.
Hours and benefits
Six days a week, with a rotating day off. Shifts of up to eight hours, including evenings and weekends.
Daily staff meal, uniforms provided, social security, and paid annual leave and public holidays.
